  I love bicycles and all type of riding and racing, from mountain to road and everything in between. I know from 20 years as a bike mechanic, store manager and racer that a bike that works and fits well is the key to a rewarding and enjoyable cycling experience. 

I started NCS because I want to make access to professional bike services as easy and convenient as possible. The mobile scheduling, pick-up, drop-off and repair I offer are designed to fit with the needs and lifestyles of all riders, bringing customized products, parts, and quality services right to your door.

Caitlin Neuman started at Neff Cycle Service in early 2022. Wrenching professionally since 2018 and a tinkerer since childhood, she's been caught many times taking apart various things to see how they worked. You'll catch her racing local and UCI CX and XC, or out on the trail working on technical skills. When not playing in the woods she enjoys a good book, particularly historical nonfiction and fantasy. 

 Paul Andrews is a bicycle industry vet with over 30 years of experience  in the field. After working in engineering and design at Trek for two  decades, Paul's back to his roots, happily wrenching for Neff Cycle  Service. Over the years, he's competed in everything from BMX to road  racing. These days, he pedals around town on hyper-customized carbon  bikes of his own creation. He also has an encyclopedic knowledge of bike  history and punk music. Ask him anything!  

  Kevin began working at Neff Cycle Service in May of 2022. New to the  industry as a career, he has loved putting in hours on the bike on both  the roads and on CX courses. He is also new to the local mountain biking  scene with goals to step into WORS racing in the near future. You'll  find Kevin in the shop buying, receiving, managing inventory, and  helping with sales.
